This bill would require the city to administer a public education program to inform the public about the legal rights and resources available to TGNCNBI individuals. The public education program would provide information on protections against discrimination and harassment related to gender, sexual orientation, and sexual and reproductive health decisions. It would also include information on hate crime protections, access to gender-affirming care, community-based organizations offering support services for TGNCNBI individuals, and legal name and gender marker changes.
