This bill would require the NYPD to develop materials regarding their youth programs and provide them to the Department of Education. The Department of Education would be tasked with distributing those materials to students in the New York City school system. Additionally, the police commissioner would provide council members with information about when these youth programs occur and would post materials on the NYPD’s website and precinct landing pages.
