This bill would require the Department of Social Services (DSS) to respond to an application for the City Fighting Homelessness and Eviction Prevention Supplement (CityFHEPS) rental assistance voucher within 15 days after receiving the application. The response would inform the applicant of whether the application has been approved, denied, or requires correction or additional information.
