To allow greater pedestrian access and ease of sidewalk congestion, this bill would prohibit general vending and mobile food vending on Bell Boulevard from Northern Boulevard to 35th Avenue, and on parts of 35th Avenue, 36th Avenue, 38th Avenue, 39th Avenue, 40th Avenue, 41st Avenue, 42nd Avenue, 43rd Avenue and Northern Boulevard in the borough of Queens.
