This bill would require the Mayor to establish and maintain regular ferry service to a new ferry terminal at or near West 125th Street by January 1, 2028. The Mayor would designate either a city agency or contracted entity to operate the service, which would connect the terminal to locations throughout the city and integrate with the existing ferry system.
