This bill would require the New York City Economic Development Corporation ("EDC") to include additional job training and employment data for projects over $150,000 in its annual report. Such report would need to include information regarding the number of jobs created and retained, job creation schedules and targets, hiring sources, retention data, community engagement efforts for local hiring, details on job training opportunities, the aggregate zip codes of city residents participating in training programs, types of training available, and employment outcomes.
